Technical implementation and delivery
- Implement software components and features from provided designs, specifications, and guidance.
- Write reliable, maintainable, secure, clean, and testable code using agreed standards and practices.
- Translate assigned requirements into working software aligned with sprint goals and delivery commitments.
- Contribute to task breakdowns and estimates; raise risks, blockers, and implementation issues.
Quality, support, and collaboration
- Contribute to unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and meet Definition of Ready and Definition of Done criteria.
- Follow established DevOps, security, and quality practices.
- Troubleshoot development and production defects and support bug fixes and enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, Product Owners, and Tech Leads; seek feedback and learn team systems and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in C# and the .NET platform.
- Working knowledge of Python or another scripting language.
- Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD).
