Role overview

The role administers customer master data by creating and updating records in appropriate systems in accordance with business policies, procedures, and data quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Process master data requests according to governance policies and guidelines within defined service-level agreements.
  • Handle customer onboarding, data entry, and maintenance under master data policies.
  • Maintain global customer master data integrity, troubleshoot errors, and set up new customers or changes in Husky systems.
  • Identify data quality issues and process improvement opportunities; validate fields for completeness and accuracy.
  • Provide support for other data elements to ensure business processes and governance standards are supported.
  • Keep request and incident statuses current and communicate with requestors.
  • Work with master data governance and internal business partners to ensure submissions meet internal audit requirements.
  • Follow up on pending queue requests with stakeholders and ensure items are resolved, closed, and compliant with processes.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of data management experience.
  • ERP administration.
  • Knowledge of global vendor and customer setup.
  • Ability to learn and work in a multiple-systems environment.

Pay range
