Role overview

Technical implementation and delivery
- Implement software components and features based on provided designs, specifications, and guidance.
- Write reliable, maintainable, secure, clean, and testable code using agreed standards and practices.
- Translate assigned requirements into working software and meet sprint goals and delivery commitments.
- Contribute to task breakdowns and effort estimates; raise risks, blockers, and implementation issues.
- Contribute to unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and meet Definition of Ready and Definition of Done criteria.
- Follow established DevOps, security, and quality practices.
Support and collaboration
- Troubleshoot defects and issues in development and production environments.
- Support bug fixes and enhancements to existing solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, Product Owners, and Tech Leads; seek feedback and guidance and learn the team's systems and tools.
- Contribute positively to team culture and shared ownership of outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in C# and the .NET platform.
- Working knowledge of Python or another scripting language.
- Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD).
