• You will be working on a

• Established retail network and infrastructure
• Strong revenue base and scalable formats
• Clear roadmap for expansion across UAE & GCC

• heritage, vertical integration, and multi-format retail scalability
• 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and map
• potential investors
• across UAE, GCC, and international markets
• Proactively
• approach investors, family offices, and strategic partners
• Present investment opportunities and
• share proposals / pitch decks
• Initiate and manage
• early-stage discussions and relationship building
• Qualify investor interest and align expectations before senior engagement
• Maintain structured pipeline of
• active investor conversations
• Provide regular updates on
• fundraising progress and market feedback

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in
• raising capital for retail / F&B / supermarket businesses
• Strong network with
• family offices, HNIs, and institutional investors in the Middle East
• Experience in
• deal sourcing, investor outreach, and early-stage negotiations
• Deep understanding of
• investment structures, valuations, and investor expectations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
