Treasury & Investment Specialist
(Emirati Talent) supports the organisation by managing day‑to‑day treasury operations, monitoring liquidity, executing investment activities, and ensuring alignment with the organisation’s development and strategic mandate.
The role requires strong analytical capability, financial discipline, and familiarity with government‑linked investment frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- **Treasury Operations**
- — Manage daily cash positions, bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and liquidity planning to ensure optimal cash utilisation.
- **Investment Analysis**
- — Conduct financial modelling, risk assessment, and performance tracking for ongoing and proposed investments.
- **Portfolio Monitoring**
- — Track returns, compliance, and KPIs across investment portfolios aligned with Al Maktoum Initiatives’ strategic priorities.
- **Reporting & Governance**
- — Prepare periodic treasury and investment reports for senior leadership, committees, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- **3–5 years**
- of experience in
- treasury, investment management, corporate finance, or financial analysis

- Prior experience of working in a bank, government or federal entities
- Strong skills in
