Job Purpose

The role holder will support Investor relations manager in managing and developing relationships with attracted leads, ensuring seamless account management.

They will work to deepen engagement across the prospect organization(s), identifying their needs and collaborating with local government representatives, tailored value propositions that drive success & to create a mutually agreed action plan on the way forward.

Investment And Account Management

  • Act as the point of contact and handle companies’ individual needs, as and when needed.
  • Conduct meetings with company teams and relevant entities to facilitate conversion decisions as agreed.
  • Facilitate meetings with Dubai ecosystem players (regulators, SOEs, private companies, etc.).
  • Discuss and evaluate incentives package based on tiers.

• Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

  • Sign MoUs (as needed).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and local government representatives to design tailored value propositions that align with client goals and regional priorities.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of client needs and pain points, developing a clear understanding of their strategic objectives.
  • Build strong networks across multiple levels of the prospect organization, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in prospect organizations to ensure effective account management and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring their needs are understood, addressed, and escalated when necessary.
  • Prepare departmental/sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet Dubai requirements, policies and quality standards.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of client needs and pain points, developing a clear understanding of their strategic objectives.
  • Build strong networks across multiple levels of the prospect organization, fostering trust and collaboration.

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.

Minimum Experience And Skills

  • 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in a relevant field
  • Hands on experience in client relationship management and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience or any other relevant field
  • Experience with client relationship management, sales or PR
