Job Purpose

The Senior International Business Partner is responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle for international employees while partnering with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations.

The role serves as the primary liaison with Employment of Record (EOR) providers and international stakeholders, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and local labor regulations while delivering efficient and effective HR services.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with sector heads and managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, candidate evaluation, selection, background verification, and offer negotiation.
  • Coordinate and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process to ensure the attraction and hiring of high-quality talent.
  • Review and update job descriptions, recruitment procedures, and employment-related documentation to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners, and Employment of Record (EOR) providers to support international hiring needs.

International Employee Management & Eor Coordination

  • Act as the primary HR contact for international employees and Employment of Record (EOR) providers.
  • Coordinate employment contracts, onboarding, contract amendments, employee lifecycle activities, and payroll-related requirements through EOR partners.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, international employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Support international workforce mobility and cross-border employment arrangements.

Performance Management & Organizational Support

  • Support the implementation of performance management processes, including KPI setting, monitoring, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Analyze employee performance data and provide recommendations to management to enhance workforce effectiveness.
  • Monitor the performance and integration of newly hired employees during probation and support confirmation processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze findings to identify attrition trends and recommend improvement initiatives.

Employee Relations & Hr Operations

  • Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
  • Support disciplinary and employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data across all systems, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Oversee employee leave, attendance, and related HR administration processes.
  • Prepare and manage HR communications, announcements, and employee correspondence.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new employees, including coordination of induction programs, documentation, system access, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support employee integration and probation review processes.
  • Manage offboarding activities, including exit procedures, clearances, documentation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition.

Compensation, Contracts & Administration

  • Support, review, and update employment offers, contracts, letters, and other employment-related documentation.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration in coordination with relevant stakeholders and EOR providers.
  • Ensure timely processing and maintenance of employment records and contractual changes.

Financial & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate and process HR-related invoices, including recruitment, EOR, and other HR service providers.
  • Liaise with Finance and Procurement teams regarding vendor payments, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and maintain related documentation and records.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, International HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience managing international recruitment and Employment of Record (EOR) arrangements.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience with HR systems, recruitment platforms, and workforce analytics.
