NTU International A/S is leading a consortium preparing the EU-funded Egypt Downtown Facility project.
The assignment supports the effectiveness, coherence, and visibility of the EU-Arab Republic of Egypt Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership.
The project provides technical assistance for bilateral cooperation priorities, programme implementation, and institutional capacity building.
Role Responsibilities
- Support investment project preparation, EU blending and guarantee instruments, investment pipeline development, and project structuring.
- Cooperate with European and international financial institutions.
- Develop investment pipelines, project concepts, and feasibility assessments.
- Liaise with financial institutions, public authorities, and project promoters.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in economics, finance, investment, banking, business administration, or a related field.
- C1 level English proficiency is required.
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience is required.
- Experience with investment project preparation, blending, and/or financial guarantee instruments is required.
- Knowledge of EFSD+, EU blending mechanisms, and cooperation with European or international financial institutions is required.
- Arabic is desirable and French is an asset.
