mdr Investment Company is looking to hire an
Investment Analyst / Associate
to join our growing investment team.
This role will report directly to the
Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
and will play a key part in supporting investment decision-making and managing daily operations across our fund manager network.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CIO in evaluating investment opportunities across asset classes
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuations, and investment analyses
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and internal reporting materials
- Act as the main focal point for daily operational coordination with external fund managers
- Monitor portfolio performance and assist in ongoing fund oversight
- Conduct market research and support strategic investment initiatives
- Maintain, update, and organize physical and electronic investment records and documentation to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Professional proficiency in Arabic
- **3–5 years**
- of relevant experience in investment management, private equity, asset management, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong expertise in
- financial modelling and valuation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional investment environment
