Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven
Real Estate Investment Analyst
to join our dynamic development team.
In this role, you will be the financial backbone of our real estate projects, providing the data-driven insights necessary to secure high-yield investments.
You will be responsible for conducting rigorous financial modeling, executing Highest and Best Use (HBU) studies, and crafting compelling investment proposals and tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities
- **Financial Modeling & Feasibility:**
- Build and manage complex financial models from scratch to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of real estate development projects (IRR, NPV, ROI, Payback Period).
- **Highest & Best Use (HBU) Studies:**
- Conduct comprehensive market research and spatial analysis to determine the most legally permissible, physically possible, financially feasible, and maximally productive use for land and existing assets.
- **Proposals & Pitch Decks:**
- Prepare high-quality, professional investment memorandums, pitch decks, and presentations for internal stakeholders, investors, and joint venture partners.
- **Tenders & Bidding Preparation:**
- Lead the preparation, structuring, and financial assessment of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and bids for major real estate development opportunities.
- **Market Intelligence:**
- Continuously monitor the Saudi real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators aligned with Vision 2030 to inform strategic development decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (CFA or relevant professional certification is a strong plus).
- Proven track record in financial modeling (advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory).
- Direct experience in the Saudi real estate sector with a solid understanding of local market dynamics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable development strategies.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to design visually appealing and persuasive presentations.
- Fully bilingual (Arabic and English).
