Role overview

Manage end-to-end procurement of supplements, vitamins, skincare, and beauty products for the product catalogue.

Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and e-commerce operations to maintain stock, pricing, and alignment with demand.

Procurement and inventory

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and minimum order quantities.
  • Monitor stock and initiate replenishment; balance carrying costs against service levels and demand forecasts.
  • Audit stock, reconcile physical counts with system records, and resolve variances.

Supplier management and compliance

  • Build relationships with domestic and international suppliers and distributors; track performance against KPIs and lead reviews.
  • Resolve supply disputes, short shipments, quality issues, and documentation discrepancies.
  • Coordinate product certifications, shelf-life requirements, and recalls with the quality team.
  • Maintain procurement records, COAs, MSDS, and supplier documentation for audits.

Cost management and collaboration

  • Track procurement spend against budget and identify savings through strategic sourcing or consolidation.
  • Report on purchase orders, landed costs, inventory turnover, and supplier lead times; coordinate invoice approvals and GRN matching with Finance.
  • Coordinate inbound shipments, receiving schedules, and storage allocation with warehouse and fulfilment teams.
  • Support new product introduction timelines and align procurement strategies for shared product lines.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Nutrition Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain in FMCG, healthcare, nutraceuticals, or e-commerce.
  • Proven supplier negotiation and cost-reduction record in a product-based business.
  • Experience with ERP or inventory systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Shopify-integrated tools.
  • Solid understanding of GCC import regulations and customs procedures for health and wellness products.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency for demand modelling, purchase-order tracking, and stock analysis.
  • UAE/GCC food supplement and cosmetics regulatory familiarity is a strong plus; D2C or e-commerce supply chain experience is highly desirable.
