Role Overview
Drive Valeo Health's digital presence in Qatar through localized social media strategy execution, engaging content, and growth initiatives.
Work with growth, content, and design teams to build a trusted health and wellness brand voice.
Content and Execution
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and other platforms.
- Develop and write engaging content in Arabic as the primary language and in English.
- Adapt global brand messaging to resonate with the Qatar audience.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually engaging assets.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and local health regulations.
Campaigns and Growth
- Support seasonal, promotional, and product campaigns.
- Assist with influencer collaborations and community engagement initiatives.
- Identify trends and opportunities relevant to the Qatar market.
- Contribute ideas for culturally relevant and viral Arabic content.
Analytics and Research
- Track and analyze social media engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
- Generate regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Optimize content strategy based on performance data.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor health and supplements industry trends.
- Provide insights on local consumer behavior and Arabic content preferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of social media or digital marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and trends in Qatar.
- Understanding of local cultural nuances and regulatory considerations in Qatar.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual sensibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health, wellness, or supplements is preferred.
- Influencer marketing experience in the Qatar market is preferred.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or analytics tools is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is QAR5,000.00 per month.
