Tasks and Responsibilities
- Match actual inventory balances with system balances in the warehouse and branches.
- Execute periodic and annual inventory counts, analyze inventory discrepancies, and identify their causes.
- Follow up on receiving, issuing, transfers, and returns and ensure they are properly documented.
- Monitor product expiry dates.
- Follow up on damaged and near-expiry items and prepare necessary reports in coordination with relevant departments.
- Review inventory levels and reorder points and analyze movement of stagnant, slow-moving, and fast-moving items.
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory accuracy, discrepancies, inventory value, and turnover rate.
- Maintain accurate item data, codes, barcodes, units, and expiry dates in the system.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of practical experience in inventory control or warehousing, preferably in retail, food, or supplements sectors.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in inventory counting, inventory adjustments, and handling products with expiry dates.
- Knowledge of barcode systems, counting devices, and inventory accounting fundamentals.

- High accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze, solve problems, and identify causes of discrepancies.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with finance, procurement, warehouse, and branch departments.
