Job Description
Pioneer Cement Industries is seeking a skilled and experienced Store Keeper to manage and oversee the inventory, storage, and distribution of materials.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of SAP Material Management (MM) and prior experience handling technical or industrial inventories.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store including receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling inventory.
- Record and update inventory levels in SAP MM module accurately and in real time.
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and production teams for stock requirements.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled, stored, and organized in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with SAP system.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and prepare reports for audits.
- Raise material requests, monitor minimum stock levels, and support in procurement planning.
- Supervise store assistants and ensure proper housekeeping in the warehouse.
- Follow company policies related to stock control, documentation, and health & safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Mandatory SAP knowledge, especially in material management or inventory modules.
- Experience in the cement industry is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi or Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Compensation
- Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month.
