Role purpose

Skills and experience

• Auto-electrical troubleshooting and repair of heavy-duty tractor heads and cement bulkers.
• Auto-electrical maintenance and repair of heavy machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of AC systems in heavy vehicles and machinery.
• Repair and maintenance of starter motors and alternators.
• Practical experience working with Volvo, Scania, and MAN trucks.
• A valid driving license is preferred for attending on-road breakdowns.

Key responsibilities and outputs

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain auto-electrical systems of heavy-duty tractor heads, cement bulkers, and machinery, including Volvo, Scania, and MAN vehicles.
• Carry out wiring, repair, and replacement of systems including bulker air compressor wiring, engine harnesses, chassis wiring, sensors, relays, and control circuits.
• Install, wire, and troubleshoot retrofitted electrical accessories and additional equipment, integrating them with existing systems.
• Diagnose and repair starter motors, alternators, batteries, charging systems, AC electrical components, and other electrical faults.
• Attend workshop and on-road electrical breakdowns, conduct inspections, and test completed repairs.
• Complete preventive inspections and component replacements within planned maintenance schedules and required quality standards.
• Maintain reliable equipment operation, minimize recurring electrical failures, and document repairs and replaced components.

Pay

• Pay is AED 2,000–2,500 per month.

• Work location is in person.
