Role overview
Manage stock movement and inventory records across F&B outlets, warehouses, and event operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory records for stock, materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Record incoming and outgoing stock with proper documentation.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile them against system records.
- Monitor stock levels and identify low, excess, and slow-moving items.
- Coordinate replenishment with procurement and operations teams.
- Prepare stock reports, inventory summaries, and discrepancy reports.
- Investigate variances, damages, missing items, and wastage.
- Track transfers between locations, outlets, warehouses, and event venues.
- Maintain purchase order, delivery note, invoice, and goods-received records.
- Keep inventory stored, identified, and organized properly.
- Monitor expiry dates and product rotation for food and beverage items where applicable.
- Support audits and implement stock-control procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Inventory Controller, Storekeeper, Stock Controller, or in a similar role.
- Experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and stock reporting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain organized documentation.
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, warehouse, or event operations is preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills; honest, reliable, and able to handle stock responsibly.
- UAE residency is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay starts at AED 1 per month; salary is based on experience and qualifications.
- Employment visa and medical insurance are offered subject to company policy.
- The role offers exposure to multiple business operations and locations.
