Create engaging content for the employer's restaurants, cafés, events, and other group businesses.
The role focuses on visual storytelling and content that supports brand awareness, engagement, and customer interest.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create, shoot, and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Produce photos, videos, reels, stories, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Visit outlets and event locations to capture products, food preparation, customer experiences, and activities.
- Develop ideas, concepts, and content calendars with the marketing team.
- Follow social trends, trending audio, viral formats, and competitor activity.
- Create content for launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and events.
- Coordinate shoots with outlet managers and operations teams.
- Align content with brand identity, marketing objectives, and target audiences.
- Edit content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
- Monitor performance, suggest improvements, and deliver content on schedule.
Requirements
- Previous experience in content creation, videography, social media content, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio of reels, videos, photography, and social media content.
- Hands-on mobile or professional camera shooting and video editing experience.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, social trends, and digital content formats.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a good visual eye.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple brands and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel between Dubai outlets and event venues as required.
- F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or events industry experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is stated as starting from AED 1.00 per month.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time role; work location is in person.
