Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies that maximize accuracy, efficiency, and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and valuation across multiple subsidiaries
- Establish and enforce inventory policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Lead inventory planning, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory activities
- Analyse inventory KPIs and identify opportunities to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve turnover
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, operations, warehouses, and business unit leaders to ensure optimal stock availability
- Drive ERP/WMS optimization and leverage data analytics for informed decision making
- Lead, mentor, and develop inventory control teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and audit requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 10 years of progressive inventory management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience managing inventory across multiple companies or business units is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving abilities.
- Professional certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent is an advantage.
