Overview
- Install, commission, and configure pipeline inspection equipment.
- Operate CCTV pipeline inspection robots and sonar inspection systems during demonstrations and customer projects.
- Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) and live product demonstrations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of robotic inspection systems.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, software, and communication issues.
- Train customers on system operation, inspection procedures, and routine maintenance.
- Generate inspection reports and maintain service documentation.
- Support the sales team with technical presentations and customer meetings.
- Coordinate with the manufacturer for technical support, warranty claims, and software updates.
- Maintain service records, spare parts inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all work complies with company safety procedures and customer site requirements.
- Travel within Qatar and occasionally overseas for product training or technical support.
