Inventory Control Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Include Process transactions and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries Point of contact for customer service reps on any issues/concerns with customer deliveries, changes, requests, or customer/sales pickups. Provide as a backup for other functions as required by facility manager/supervisor Process all customers orders to meet customer requested shipping dates. Working in TMS to schedule pick-ups Signing in outbound trucks and billing them out. Daily communications with Plant Manager and Dist. Supervisor, customer service reps, and logistics team What You’ll Need High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Teams. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced distribution environment.
