Internship overview

Client Advisory and investment work

• Assist Client Advisors with daily account management, client events, and administrative tasks.
• Create cash flow analyses, balance sheets, presentations, and other custom client reports.
• Build and maintain financial models; conduct market, company, and industry research.
• Use Addepar, Bloomberg, FactSet, and Excel to produce Portfolio Manager reports and graphs.
• Collect and organize equity, fixed income, and economic research data; track composite performance.
• Analyze earnings calls and portfolios, and share relevant findings with internal teams.
• Research, write, and present a major project to the Investment team and wider company.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials and progress toward a bachelor's degree; finance or economics is preferred but not essential.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and a demonstrated interest in wealth management.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel skills.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, emotional intelligence, maturity, and extracurricular activities outside school.

Available internship locations

• Internships are available in Pasadena, Orange County, West Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego, California; Seattle, Washington; and Reno, Nevada.

• Applicants graduating in 2027 or 2028 receive priority consideration.
• Application deadline is December 1, 2026. The posting lists video interviews for December 18–21, 2026, final interviews for January 4–11, 2027, and offer letters on January 22, 2027.
