Internship overview

Duties and responsibilities

• Assist Client Advisors with account management, client events, custom reports, and client and business development information in Salesforce.
• Conduct market, company, industry, equity, fixed-income, and economic research; build and maintain financial models.
• Create portfolio monitoring reports and presentation materials using Addepar, Bloomberg, FactSet, Excel, and other data providers.
• Analyze earnings calls and portfolios, track composite performance, and share research findings with internal teams.
• Support administrative tasks and research, write, and present a major project to the Investment team and wider organization.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials and progress toward a bachelor's degree; finance or economics is preferred but not essential.
• Quantitative and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, emotional intelligence, and maturity.
• Strong interest in wealth management and extracurricular activities outside school.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel, and very strong verbal and written communication skills.

Duration and timing

• The program lasts 10 weeks during summer 2027, with an expected start date of June 7, 2027.
• The application deadline is December 1, 2026; screening interviews are scheduled for December 18–21, 2026, and final interviews for January 4–11, 2027.

Internship locations

• Internships are available in offices in Pasadena, Orange County, West Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Seattle, and Reno.

Work authorization

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States; working visa sponsorship is unavailable.
