We’re building a global-facing sales team at
Hirai Shoji
- , working with clients across international markets in the automotive export industry, and we’re looking for people who know how to communicate, connect, and close with confidence.
- This is for individuals who can hold a conversation with anyone, anywhere in the world — and make it feel effortless.
- What you’ll be doing:
- Engaging with international clients
- Understanding customer needs and guiding vehicle selection
- Managing the full sales journey from inquiry to delivery
- Building long-term global relationships
- Representing the company in a professional, trust-based way
- We’re looking for people who:
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English
- Naturally build rapport and trust
- Are comfortable speaking with international clients
- Have a strong customer-focused mindset
- Are ambitious, coachable, and growth-driven
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, aviation, or client relations is a plus, not a requirement
- Multilingual ability is highly valued (especially European languages).
