We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

This is a client-facing, performance-driven role suited to individuals who are commercially motivated and take full ownership of their results.

· Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients into long-term business relationships

· Manage and grow an active sales pipeline through structured follow-up and CRM discipline

· Understand client requirements in depth and deliver tailored solutions

· Coordinate with internal operations to ensure seamless order and delivery management

· Report sales performance and pipeline progress to management on a regular basis

· A strong sales orientation with a proven ability to communicate, negotiate, and close

· Background in the automotive industry; vehicles, fleet, spare parts, or related sectors is highly preferred

· Professional proficiency in English is essential

· Proficiency in Japanese or any additional language is a distinct advantage

· Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management tools is beneficial

· Dubai-based with a valid UAE visa and available to join at the earliest opportunity
