About This Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our **Food Division** as an **International Sales / Exports Executive**.

The ideal candidate will have **prior experience in FMCG or food exports**, with a strong understanding of international markets, customer relationship management, and export regulations.

You will be responsible for driving export sales, expanding global customer base, and ensuring compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities for food products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, importers, and key accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the international market.
  • Prepare and negotiate export contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of exports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic actions.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and certifications (e.g., Halal, ISO, etc.).
  • Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to promote the brand.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
  • **Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG/food exports or international sales.**
  • Proven track record of achieving export sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of international food regulations, certifications, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple markets, and travel internationally if required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Middle East, GCC, Europe, or Asian markets.
  • Knowledge of cold chain and food logistics.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
