We are expanding our presence across the UAE and the wider GCC region and are looking for a driven, well-connected Business Development Partner to grow our network among key government bodies, institutions, and business communities.
If you have strong relationships with Government officials, diplomatic circles, and corporate leaders in the Gulf, this role is built for you.
What You Will Do
- Connect and engage with HNIs, Government officials, C-suite executives, and business owners across the UAE & GCC
- Represent WSC at networking events, business forums, diplomatic gatherings, and high-level conferences in the region
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers across the Gulf
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships aligned with WSC's global vision
- Support the growth of WSC's presence and influence across the UAE and broader Middle East markets
What We Are Looking For
- Based in the UAE with an existing network of Government officials, diplomats, HNIs, or corporate executives in the Gulf region
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, relationship management, institutional engagement, or strategic partnerships
- Must have prior experience working with Government bodies, Chambers of Commerce, or International Organizations, this is a mandatory requirement
- Fluent in Arabic and English, Gulf dialect strongly preferred
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging with senior-level decision makers and dignitaries
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial and diplomatic mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, flexible setup
Strong Preference Given To
Candidates with hands-on experience in Chambers of Commerce, Government Ministries, or International Organizations such as the UN, World Bank, Arab League, or similar bodies.
This background demonstrates the institutional knowledge, relationship-building skills, and professional credibility that WSC values most.
