Role overview
HR internship in Qatar supporting HR processes, data management, reporting, and workforce analytics.
The opportunity is intended for recent graduates or candidates with limited HR experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and employee data trackers.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records; support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
- Analyze HR data in Excel and generate workforce metrics and analytics reports.
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and documentation; assist with HR projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment; currently residing in Qatar and available to join immediately.
