Intermediate Business Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Examine problems and recommend improvements to services and products.
• Plan and run workshops, build relationships, and align stakeholders on goals.
• Document and analyse business processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Gather project requirements and translate them into clear instructions for the team.
• Work with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to track planned work.
• Help test products to ensure they work for users.

Essential experience

• Experience in business analysis and Agile projects.
• Ability to analyse information from different sources and recommend actions.
• Experience using business modelling approaches and selecting appropriate methods.
• Experience working with designers and understanding how user research informs project needs.
• Ability to present findings to project teams using facts and evidence.

Desirable experience

• Ability to use data to support clear thinking and decision-making.
• Experience prioritising project-plan items.
• Experience influencing design decisions, including user research or product design.
