Creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer specializing in furniture and carpet design.
Develop designs and concepts that meet project and client requirements, emphasizing colors, materials, patterns, and aesthetic details.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop furniture and carpet design concepts based on project requirements; coordinate carpet patterns, colors, sizes, and materials.
- Select furniture, carpets, colors, materials, and finishes to complement interior spaces.
- Prepare visual presentations and coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on specifications.
- Review samples against design and quality standards, and revise designs based on client feedback and project needs.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams, stay current on relevant trends, and ensure designs are functional and suitable for production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Knowledge of furniture, carpet design, materials, and color coordination; understanding of design principles and visual composition.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, communication and presentation skills, and ability to collaborate and manage multiple design requirements.
