- Develop customized interior design solutions for luxury living spaces, focusing on functionality and aesthetics.
- Present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D renderings to clients.
- Create integrated design concepts that harmonize architectural elements with interior aesthetics, ensuring both form and function are considered.
- Produce 3D models and renderings to help clients visualize the proposed design and make informed decisions.
- Develop comprehensive interior design specifications, including materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
- Create detailed layouts and floor plans to ensure the optimal use of space, including furniture arrangement and flow.
- Prepare visual presentations and mood boards to communicate design ideas to clients effectively.
- Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that meet the design and budgetary requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of the project, ensure compliance with design specifications, and address any issues that arise.
- Oversee the project timeline and budget, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, addressing any concerns and making necessary revisions to the design.
- Work closely with other designers, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
