We are seeking a qualified Architect / Interior Designer to join a leading real estate development company.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the design development, authority approvals, construction coordination, and project delivery of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate architectural and interior design drawings throughout all project stages.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain design approvals, permits, and NOCs.
- Coordinate with consultants, designers, and other project stakeholders to develop new design concepts and project documentation.
- Prepare, review, and manage design drawings, specifications, and submission packages.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate handover inspections with relevant authorities, consultants, and contractors.
- Identify design and construction issues and provide practical solutions to facilitate project progress.
- Support the development and execution of new real estate projects from concept through completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate development, architectural consultancy, or construction projects.
- Proven experience dealing with government authorities and obtaining project approvals.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, authority regulations, and project delivery processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with real estate developers.
- Familiarity with local authority approval processes and building regulations.
- Experience in project handover procedures and construction supervision.
