Job Description

Who This Role Is For

• Interior Designers who enjoy **client interaction and business development**
• Designers who want to **move beyond pure design** and grow into a **sales / leadership role**
• Designers who are comfortable presenting designs and actively participating in closing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Interior space planning, concept development, and **3D design**
• Meet clients, understand requirements, and **present design ideas**
• Assist in **pricing, BOQs, and commercial discussions**
• Work closely with management to **convert leads into projects**
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams
• Support projects from **concept to handover**

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Background in **Interior Design** (degree or experience)
• Strong design skills: space planning, 3D visualization, detailing
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Interest in **sales, client handling, and project closure**
• Basic understanding of fit-out execution and costing is a plus
• Motivated, presentable, and business-minded

Experience

• **2–5 years** experience in interior design / fit-out preferred
• (Fresh designers with strong communication skills may also apply)

Compensation

• **Fixed Salary + Commission on closed projects**
