GRANSX is expanding, and we're seeking an **Fitout Manager** to spearhead our **Fit-Out Division**.

Role Overview

  • **Lead the Fit-Out Division:** Establish, manage, and scale operations from the ground up.
  • **Business Development:** Identify new opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
  • **Project Execution:** Oversee joinery and fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are consistently met.
  • **Team Management:** Recruit, train, and manage a skilled workforce.
  • **Profitability & Growth:** Drive the division’s profitability with innovative strategies and operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in **joinery, fit-outs, or renovations** with leadership or business development experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently.
  • Strong network within the construction, fit-out, or joinery industries.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a passion for craftsmanship and quality.
