Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Manage subcontractors, labor, and materials to meet project timelines
- Conduct site inspections and report progress to the project manager
- Solve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to workers
- Ensure proper installation of finishes, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and furniture
- Maintain site documentation, material records, and daily reports
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman in interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- UAE driving license preferred
