Overview

  • Running Office operations efficiently by taking responsibilities, managing schedules, coordinating travel, preparing documents, and supporting staff.
  • Handling incoming calls/emails, preparing emails, quotations, invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, project documentations, reports etc.
  • Ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and managing front-desk coverage.
  • Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems in company.
  • Handling sensitive information, managing vendor relations, acting as the primary office contact. Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel, including flights, hotels, and visas.
  • High level of discretion/confidentiality, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) high-level organization, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Experience: Typically 2–5+ years in a fast-paced office setting.
