Interior Design Manager
to lead the design and delivery of luxury residential, hospitality, wellness, recreational, and club facilities within one of Dubai's most exclusive private communities.

About The Role
As the
Interior Design Manager
, you will lead the design and delivery of luxury residential, hospitality, wellness, and club facilities across Discovery Dunes.
Working closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, you will oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring every space reflects Discovery's commitment to exceptional design, quality, and member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading interior design concepts, space planning, and project delivery across multiple developments.
- Managing FF&E selections, material palettes, lighting, artwork, and styling elements.
- Coordinating architects, consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout all project phases.
- Conducting design reviews, site inspections, and quality checks to ensure exceptional execution.
- Collaborating with Operations, Golf, Wellness, Food & Beverage, and Member Services teams to ensure spaces are both beautiful and functional.
- Managing project schedules, budgets, procurement coordination, and design deliverables.
What Skills & Qualifications Are Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience delivering luxury hospitality, residential, mixed-use, or lifestyle developments.
- Strong experience managing projects from concept through construction and handover.
- Excellent knowledge of FF&E, material specifications, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design software.
- A strong eye for detail, design excellence, and luxury aesthetics.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
