Overview
Our client, a leading interior design and fitout firm in Dubai, is seeking a talented Architect specialising in interior design and fitout, at the calibre of the region's top international design studios.
You'll take projects from concept through to handover owning design intent, technical detailing, and delivery quality on premium commercial interiors.
Responsibilities
concept design and space planning; design development and detailing; preparation of construction documentation; FF&E selection and specification; coordination of authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA); and on-site design oversight through to project completion.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture; 7+ years in interior design and/or architectural fitout with a strong commercial portfolio; proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite; and proven UAE fitout delivery experience.
Hospitality, workplace, or retail interiors specialisation and 3D visualisation skills are an advantage.
