The Interim Branch Manager leads an easyfinancial consumer lending branch and its team.
The posting describes an existing vacancy and a 12-month contract.
Responsibilities
- Set branch vision and objectives; lead the team to achieve branch and portfolio goals and grow cross-sales and add-on products.
- Plan schedules, administer timesheets and payroll, and handle other administrative tasks.
- Deliver customer sales experiences in person, by phone, and by email; understand customer needs and match them to suitable financial products.
- Manage the branch portfolio, maintain accounts in good standing, and prevent delinquency.
- Gather required information to complete customer applications for products and services accurately.
Requirements
- Some leadership experience overseeing different functions; sales experience is preferred.
- Experience training and managing a small team.
- Strong communication skills and a people- and results-oriented approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Computer-savvy and able to adapt quickly to new software applications.
- Successful criminal, employment, and credit checks are required.
- Must be legally eligible to work full time in Canada at application; sponsorship is not available.
Compensation
- Salary is $48,204–$56,547 CAD per year, with the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
