Lead an easyfinancial branch team and drive branch, portfolio, and sales goals in consumer lending.
Help customers identify suitable financial products and deliver positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Set branch objectives and lead the team toward branch and portfolio goals, cross-sales, and add-on products.
- Plan schedules, administer timesheets and payroll, and complete administrative duties.
- Serve customers in person, by phone, and by email.
- Understand customer needs and match them to appropriate financial products.
- Maintain portfolio health and prevent accounts from becoming delinquent.
- Gather accurate information to complete customer applications.
Candidate requirements
- Some leadership experience overseeing functions; sales experience is preferred.
- Experience training and managing a small team.
- Strong communication and people- and results-oriented approach.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn software applications quickly.
- Eligible to work full-time in Canada; the employer does not provide sponsorship.
- Successful criminal, employment, and credit checks are required.
Compensation
- The stated base salary is $50,000 to $56,000 CAD per year, with potential monthly and annual bonuses.
