Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist

Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics guidance and support to customers, subcontractors, and industry partners.
• Conduct product support analyses and develop optimized support solutions.
• Perform data collection and processing, analysis, maintenance planning, and inventory management.
• Manage product support data in LSAR tools including OmegaPS and GenS.
• Develop model-based product support models using Analyzer.
• Produce technical publications, product support documents, and reports using legacy formats and ASD S1000D standards.
• Define ILS requirements and specifications with clients and support DND procurement instruments.
• Validate ILS deliverables and transform approved data within the DND information environment.
• Assess equipment support solution performance and recommend improvements.

Essential skills

• At least three years of ILS experience focused on reliability activities such as FMECA, FMEA, and RAM.
• Demonstrated experience with OmegaPS, GenS, Analyzer, and R4i ILS toolkits.
• Exposure to a DND program environment in land, naval, or air programs.
• The position requires remote work from an Eastern time zone.

Work environment

• This is a fully remote position, with the worker required to be in an Eastern time zone.
• The position is based out of Gloucester, Ontario, and is listed as Contract to Hire.

Pay

• The pay range is CAD 50.00 to CAD 65.00 per hour.
