  • Strong legal judgment with the ability to evaluate complex liability and damages issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under time pressure
  • Flexible and responsive, with willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team development and mentorship
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and resolving issues

Required Experience

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active member in good standing of the Texas State Bar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably plaintiff-side
  • Experience with case evaluation, liability analysis, and damages assessment
  • Familiarity with evidence preservation requirements and legal correspondence
  • Proficiency with case management software (Filevine preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
