Key Tasks
· Conducting thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs, analyzing their risks, and understanding their financial situations to determine the most suitable insurance products
· Offering professional guidance and expertise to clients, explaining the details of various insurance policies, coverage options, and potential exclusions to help them make informed decisions
· Actively promoting insurance products and services, identifying potential clients, and expanding the client base to achieve sales targets and business growth
· Tailoring insurance policies to meet the specific requirements of individual clients or businesses, ensuring they have adequate coverage for their unique risks
· Managing insurance policies, including policy renewals, endorsements, and amendments, to ensure clients' coverage remains up-to-date and relevant
· Assisting clients with filing insurance claims, facilitating communication with insurance providers, and ensuring timely and fair claim settlements
· Ensuring strict compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all insurance-related activities
· Evaluating potential risks faced by clients and proposing risk management strategies to minimize exposure to financial losses
· Establishing strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, addressing their concerns, and providing ongoing support and assistance
· Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance products to offer the most relevant and competitive solutions to clients
· Maintaining accurate and organized records of client interactions, insurance policies, claims, and other relevant information as per AGIB standards
· Working closely with insurance companies and underwriters to negotiate terms, secure favourable coverage, and resolve any issues on behalf of clients
· Engaging in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and sales techniques
**Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required:**.

A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
.
Minimum 2 -5 proven years of experience in insurance underwriting, claims, or brokerage. .
Proficiency in policy review, risk assessment, underwriting authorities
.
Strong relationship management skills to deal with brokers, clients, and underwriters
.
Excellent communication skill
