- Support claims processing by collecting required documents and following up on claim status.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, coverage, premiums, and claims.
- Verify the accuracy of insurance applications and supporting documentation.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and policy schedules as require.
