๐Ÿ“ Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Weโ€™re partnering with a leading organization in the financial services and payments industry to hire an experienced CTA Onboarding & Sales Enablement Lead based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding and commercialization of Card-to-Account (CTA) and virtual payment solutions.
  • Drive client onboarding across corporate and travel sectors.
  • Develop sales enablement strategies, training materials, and go-to-market plans.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships across the payment's ecosystem.
  • Support business development initiatives and expand solution adoption across the GCC.

Requirements

  • Arabic speaker (mandatory).
  • 10+ years of experience in Commercial Cards, CTA, Virtual Payments, or B2B Payments.
  • Strong background in client onboarding, sales enablement, and business development.
  • Current or previous experience with Mastercard, American Express, or a similar payment network.
  • Deep understanding of the travel ecosystem (IATA/BSP, OTAs, TMCs) and B2B payment solutions.
  • Experience with API-enabled payment solutions and fintech partnerships is highly preferred.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
