Role Purpose
The Finance Manager / Head of Finance will lead the complete finance and accounting function of the organization, ensuring financial stability, statutory compliance, business profitability, operational controls, strategic financial planning, and accurate reporting across UAE and international operations.
The role is responsible for building a strong financial governance framework, driving automation through ERP systems, supporting management decisions through analytical MIS, and ensuring compliance with UAE laws, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
The role will also lead finance teams across multiple locations including UAE and overseas operations.
• Chartered Accountant (CA)
- MBA Finance preferred
- 5 - 10+ years’ experience
- UAE Finance exposure preferred
- Experience in Free Zone / JAFZA environment preferred
