About This Role
Insurance Sales Representative
We are hiring experienced Insurance Sales Professionals to join our growing team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Life, General, and Motor Insurance with a proven ability to close deals in the UAE market.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of insurance sales experience in the UAE
UAE insurance selling experience is mandatory
Strong knowledge of Life, General & Motor Insurance
Experience
working with an insurance brokerage firm is a strong advantage
Excellent understanding of the UAE insurance market
Target-driven mindset with a consistent closing track record
Strong communication and client relationship skills
What We’re Looking For
Confident and self-motivated sales professionals
Passion for insurance sales and business development
Ability to generate, manage, and close leads independently
Job Benefits
Competitive salary + attractive commission structure ( 5% - 30%) based on the insurance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
