Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Promote and sell health insurance policies to individuals and corporate clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premium details clearly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Assist clients with documentation and policy processing
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance
- Stay updated with UAE insurance regulations and market trends
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales (Health insurance preferred)
- UAE market experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of UAE insurance policies and compliance
- Bachelors degree preferred.
