Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or advanced technical training preferred. 7-10 years of progressive experience in I&C design for power generation, with substantial nuclear exposure. Lead experience in system-level design, integration, or modification of complex I&C systems. Advanced experience in Human Factors analysis and implementation in nuclear environments. Strong background in Cyber Security compliance for nuclear systems (10 CFR 73.54, RG 5.71). Proven experience leading system commissioning, integrated plant control tuning, and acceptance testing. Deep knowledge of US and international licensing standards and nuclear regulatory guidance. Recognized proficiency with nuclear-specific codes, standards, and best practices.
