Overview

*We are hiring an Inspection Specialist in Dubai, UAE.*

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with internationally recognized quality systems and regulated manufacturing standards (e.g.,ISO 9001, ISO13485)
  • Assist in internal/external audits and support quality system activities including deviation handling and corrective/preventive actions
  • Carry out inspection and evaluation activities based on approved procedures, work instructions, and quality guidelines to ensure product integrity
  • Work closely with engineering and operations teams to identify gaps in processes, tools, and workflows and support resolution activities
  • Ensure products meet required safety, performance, and reliability standards before release to customers
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and operational staff to support issue resolution and process clarity
  • Support technical investigations, process validation activities, equipment qualification, and introduction of new tools or test systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, consistency, and process efficiency
  • Follow lean manufacturing and structured problem-solving methodologies to reduce defects and improve output quality

Requirements

  • **Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, Automation, or related technical field.**
  • **Exposure to regulated quality systems (ISO 13485, FDA, or EU MDR) is an advantage.**
  • **Minimum 2 years of experience in inspection, testing, or quality control within medical devices, electronics, automotive, or aerospace manufacturing.**
  • **Experience working with defined test procedures and inspection criteria.**
  • **Exposure to electrical measurement tools and basic diagnostic equipment (e.g., test meters, oscillation-based tools, high-voltage testers**
  • )
  • Experience in identifying and troubleshooting product or process issues is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, procedures, and documentation in English.
  • Understanding of basic electrical measurement concepts (voltage, current, resistance, frequency).
  • Familiarity with product testing environments and data analysis tools.
  • Exposure to equipment calibration, verification, or reliability testing is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in controlled production environments involving electronic systems
  • Willingness to work shifts if required.
  • Must be medically fit for manufacturing/production environment.
