Working pattern: UK business hours, typically 11:00–20:00 Dubai time (adjusted for UK clock changes).

Saturday–Sunday weekend.

We supply ambient-stable sauces and dips into UK foodservice, transport, retail, and across export markets — enabling our customers to manufacture and serve better products.

Our manufacturing site sits in Loughborough in the heart of the UK, employing close to 100 people.

Our Dubai commercial hub extends our reach into the Middle East and provides the time-zone and cost base to drive UK sales activity efficiently.

We hold the globally recognised BRCGS Certificate (Higher Level) for food safety and product quality.

Quality is our first principle in everything we do — including how we sell.

**Position Summary:** This outbound telesales role, based in our Dubai office, requires you to work during UK business hours, reaching out to decision-makers in various UK foodservice sectors, including pubs, restaurant groups, and distributors.

Your responsibilities include introducing products, qualifying opportunities, sending samples, and converting prospects into long-term accounts.

You will collaborate closely with the UK Sales, Marketing, and Production teams, closing smaller accounts directly while handing over larger ones to UK field sales after sample acceptance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

 Make 40–50 outbound calls daily to UK foodservice prospects.

 Research accounts and decision-makers such as Head chefs, F&B managers, NPD, and category buyers thoroughly prior to calls.

 **Qualify opportunities considering volume, suppliers, product fit, and timing.**

 Schedule discovery calls, virtual meetings, or sample requests effectively.

 Manage sample dispatch coordination and follow up after delivery.

 Handle closing for small/mid-sized accounts while handing off strategic leads to field sales.

 Maintain precise CRM records, manage inbound leads within agreed SLAs, and provide weekly pipeline and activity reports to the Head of Sales.

 Support upsells and cross-sells in existing accounts while representing the brand professionally and adhering to quality standards.

Essential Skills and Experience

 **At least 2 years of experience in outbound B2B telesales or inside sales with a track record of meeting quotas.**

 **Proficient in spoken and written English with a professional telephone demeanor suitable for the UK business environment.**

 Ability to manage a high volume of daily outbound calls, effectively handling objections and rejection.

 Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho, as well as sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach.

 Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing over 100 live prospects.

 Bachelor's degree or diploma from a reputable university.

Desirable Experience

Proven experience in selling to foodservice sectors in the UK, including FMCG, HORECA, or food ingredients.

Strong understanding of UK foodservice channels such as pubs, restaurant chains, contract caterers, QSR, and major wholesalers like Bidfood and Brakes, etc.

Experience

working during UK business hours from an offshore location, with knowledge of BRC and food safety standards in quality-focused product categories.

Employment Terms

 Contract: full-time, employed under UAE Labour Law

 Probation: 6 months

 Working days: Monday to Friday.

 Working hours: approximately 9 hours per day to cover the UK business window; reduced hours during Ramadan in line with UAE law.

** Salary: AED 6,000–8,000/month based on experience** (flat rate, no commission)
